Skinny cocktail: What would Bethenny Frankel drink at the Bellagio?

Getting tipsy isn’t just for fatties. No no! Skinny cocktails are the absolute must-have summer party accessory.

So when Las Vegas’ Bellagio mixologist Matt Meyers wanted to come up with a fresh skinny cocktail for the summer menu, he asked himself what Carrie Bradshaw, Bethenny Frankel and Heidi Montag would drink. Let’s assume he knows Carrie Bradshaw isn’t a real person. Then again, neither is Heidi Montag when you think about it.

The answer: The Cosmopolitan Flaca.

Cosmopolitan Flaca Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 ounces Absolut Citron
• 1 ounce Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
• 1 ounce white cranberry juice
• Squeeze of lime juice.

Mix first three ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Finish with squeeze of lime.
